Opening Reception
An open-air welcome above historic Medora, followed by a short evening program at the Burning Hills Amphitheater.
The evening begins at Tjaden Terrace, perched high above the town of Medora, with an open-air reception featuring heavy appetizers and beverages. Guests enjoy sweeping views of the North Dakota Badlands and the Little Missouri River while connecting in a relaxed setting.
The reception transitions into a short program at the Burning Hills Amphitheater, with on-stage networking, hosted bars, and live music to follow.
Registration Check-In runs 12:00 to 4:00 PM at the Rough Rider Hotel - stop by to pick up your packet, badge, and swag before the evening begins.

Closing Reception
The Cup closes at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, just weeks after it opened its doors to the public on July 4, where the year's gift to Career Builders is celebrated.
The Closing Reception is held at the spectacular Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, offering a prime setting for connection against the backdrop of North Dakota's newest landmark. Guests explore the Library, take a tour with JLG Architects, and enjoy hosted cocktails, heavy appetizers, a premium carving station, and more.
The evening includes a short program with tournament awards and a celebration of the year's support for the ND Career Builders Scholarship and Loan Repayment Program, followed by a hosted bar and time to take in the venue's unique features, like the boardwalk and rooftop views.

Transportation and Lodging
Medora sits right off I-94 in western North Dakota - about 35 minutes from Dickinson and two hours west of Bismarck. Most guests drive themselves, and every venue is an easy trip from town.
